1. Agreement

By using sovereignstack.org.uk, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Informational purpose — not legal or compliance advice

SovereignStack provides a high-level operational resilience diagnostic for informational purposes only. Our assessment, directory, sample report, scores and ROI calculator do not constitute legal counsel, GDPR auditing, or compliance certification, and must not be relied upon as such.

Scores and labels describe operational and jurisdictional dependency, not a legal finding. A tool being listed or scored is not a statement that any provider is unlawful, unsafe, or non-compliant. Real-world sovereignty and compliance depend on downstream factors (hosting region, CDN, sub-processors and your own configuration) that we do not independently verify. Before making compliance decisions you should obtain qualified professional advice — including, where relevant, a Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) for data subject to third-country transfer frameworks such as US FISA Section 702.

3. Paid services

Paid engagements (audits, advisory, platform subscriptions) are governed by a separate order or statement of work. Prices shown on the site are current published rates and may change.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it at scale.
• Don't submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its content and the directory compilation are ours or our licensors'. You may share links and quote with attribution.

6. No warranty & liability

The free tools are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from reliance on free content. Liability for paid services is set out in the relevant engagement terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
